Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and caring Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting safety and well-being, and offering companionship to enhance overall quality of life. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering person-centered care tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Responsibilities
-
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
-
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and encourage social engagement

Assist with mobility and implement fall prevention measures to ensure client safety

Support clients with dementia, palliative, and end-of-life care in a respectful and empathetic manner
-
Help with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying living spaces
-
Encourage and participate in home-based and social activities that promote well-being

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
